3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil
1 egg
1 tbsp (10g) green onion
A bit of refined salt
[Directions]
*Simple version
1. Prepare pink sausage into 1cm-width slices.
2. Coat frying pan with cooking oil and place sausages inside.
3. Once sausage slices cook on one side, flip them over and sprinkle refined salt on top.
4. Flip sausage slices over again and sprinkle salt.
5. Once both sides are golden brown, place sausage slices on plate
. *Egg mixture version
1. Prepare pink sausage into 1cm-width slices.
2. Put pink sausage slices and savory pancake mix in a plastic bag and shake until sausage slices are evenly coated.
3. Crack and whisk one egg in a deep bowl.
4. Coat frying pan with cooking oil and preheat to high heat.
5. Dip sausage slices covered in savory pancake mix into the egg mixture and coat evenly.
6. Place egg battered sausages in the preheated frying pan and cook until both sides are golden brown.
7. Place sausage slices on the plate.
*One-pan version
1. Prepare seven 1cm-width slices of pink sausage.
2. Chop some green onions.
3. In a deep bowl, crack one egg, add refined salt and green onions, and mix.
4. Coat frying pan with cooking oil and cook pink sausage slices over high heat.
5. Once sausage slices cook on one side, flip them over and place them equidistant to each other.
6. Pour the egg mixture in between slices to connect them into one big pancake.
7. Turn frying pan regularly so egg mixture can cook evenly.
8. Place a plate on top of the egg and flip over the frying pan to move finished dish to plate.
9. Squeeze ketchup on top to finish.
