Try it a lot~ ======================== Tuna hamburger steak

[Ingredients]

*1 can of tuna (150g)
Onion 1 tuna can or 1 cup (100g)
Korean leek 1/2 can of tuna or ½ (50g)
Cheongyang pepper 1/2 can of tuna or 2 pieces (20g)
2 eggs
2/3 tablespoons (13g) ground garlic
4 tablespoons of pancake powder (40g)

*1 tablespoon of brown sugar (12g)
2 tablespoons (40 g) ketchup
1 tablespoon of soy sauce (10g)
1/2 cup of purified water (90ml)

*For 1 tuna hamburger steak Ingredients 1 can of tuna (160g)
5 tablespoons (35 g) cooking oil
Butter 1 tablespoon (12g) *Ingredients for fried eggs 1 egg
3 tablespoons of cooking oil (21g)

[How to make]

1. Chop onion, green onion, and green pepper as finely as possible.
2. Drain the tuna fish and prepare only the lean meat.
2. In a bowl, add the lean tuna, chopped onion, green onion, ground garlic, green pepper, and egg, and mix evenly.
3. Add pancake powder to the dough and mix evenly.
4. Put cooking oil in a frying pan and preheat over high heat.
5. Put the dough in an empty tuna can and put it flat on a preheated frying pan to shape it. Reduce over low heat and cook as if fry evenly.
6. Cook the tuna hamburger steak by turning it over with a flipper so that both sides are cooked evenly.
7. In an empty tuna can, add soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup, and then fill the rest with purified water and mix evenly to prepare the sauce.
8. When both sides of the tuna hamburger steak become golden, add butter and rotate the frying pan to coat the butter flavor evenly.
9. Pour the prepared sauce on one side of a frying pan and boil over medium heat with the tuna hamburger steak. Tip. If the steak is too thick, reduce it to low heat and boil it slowly while the steak is cooked.
10. When boiled, turn the hamburger steak over once, and turn off the heat when the consistency of the sauce is about pork cutlet sauce.
11. Put cooking oil in a new frying pan and make fried eggs like frying.
12. Put tuna hamburger steak and fried egg on a plate, and sprinkle the remaining hamburger steak sauce on the pan.
