Radish ramen]
[Ingredients]
200 g radish
About 2/3 tablespoons of salted shrimp (14g)
2 tablespoons (14 g) perilla oil
1/2 tablespoon of ground garlic (10g)
Approximately 3 cups (550ml) of purified water
About 1/2 green onion (50g)
Cheongyang pepper 2ea (20g)
[How to make]
1. Cut radish into 0.5cm thick.
2. Cut the cheongyang pepper and green onion into 0.3cm thick. 3. Put perilla oil and salted shrimp in a pan and fry over medium heat.
4. When salted shrimp is fried, add radish and fry.
5. When water starts to come out from the radish, add ground garlic and fry until the radish becomes soft over low heat.
6. When the radish is gently bent, turn it on over a strong heat, pour purified water, and add ingredients soup and powder soup.
7. When the water boils, add noodles and loosen well. 8. When the noodles are loose, add cheongyang pepper and boil for about 1 minute.
9. Add green onions 10 seconds before completion to complete.
