[Ingredients]
Pork( Neck) 1 cup (130 g)
3 cups of fresh kimchi (390g)
3 cups (540 ml) water
2 cheongyang peppers (20g)
About 2/3 green onions (70g)
1 tablespoon (20 g) ground garlic
1 tablespoon (8g) coarse red pepper powder
½ Tablespoon (3g) fine red pepper powder
1 tablespoon of soup soy sauce (10g)
Salted Shrimp 1 Tablespoon (20g)
[How to make]
1. Cut pork into 1.5cm thick to make it easier to eat.
2. Put pork, purified water, and salted shrimp in a pot and boil over high heat.
3. When the stew boils, reduce it to low heat and simmer for at least 10 minutes until the meat is soft.
4. Cut green onion into 0.5cm thick.
5. Cut the cheongyang pepper diagonally into 0.5cm thick.
6. When the water boils off after 10 minutes, replenish the amount of water that has boiled down, and then add sour kimchi, soy sauce, coarse red pepper powder, fine red pepper powder, and ground garlic.
7. When the stew boils, add green onion and cheongyang pepper. 8. Just before completion, sprinkle red pepper powder to finish.
